When I started LostMod, I didn’t begin with a big office, a large team, or investors. I began with a problem that hurt me personally: the fear of losing the vehicles and assets my family depended on, and the helplessness of not knowing where they were when it mattered most..

I still remember those early days, sitting late at night with my laptop, teaching myself how to build a reliable GPS tracking system from scratch. Every error in the code, every server crash, every failed test on the road felt like a personal setback. But each failure also reminded me why I started: so that people like you would never have to feel that same fear and uncertainty.

LostMod.com was not built in a boardroom. It was built in long nights, on slow internet, with limited resources but unlimited determination. I spoke with drivers, fleet owners, parents, and small business owners. I listened to their stories of stolen vehicles, delayed deliveries, and sleepless nights. Those conversations shaped every feature we built, from real-time GPS tracking to smart alerts that notify you the moment something isn’t right.
